A glorious place for whitewater paddling right next door to Gilligan's Island is Little Blanco River, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Blanco State Park Trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Old Hancock Trail; hey, Tom Creek is a wonderful local stream. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Gilligan's Island highs are commonly in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's while Gilligan's Island nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's.
