| | This is such a wonderful campground. While you're here at Camp Chautauqua you can play some golf at Pedernales Golf Club, and you're sure to bump into some great folks from Spicewood here. This is such a stunning campground. You can run the rapids of Pedernales River near Camp Chautauqua; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Muleshoe Bend Trail. Lots of folks stay here during their spree to Pedernales Falls State Park.

Camp Chautauqua is a very popular campground with the folks from Spicewood. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Places like Pedernales Falls State Park are fine to stop at, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Turkey Bend Trail.
