| | I AM WRITING IN REGARDS TO Z BUDA'S CAMPGROUND, TN. MY HUSBAND AND I VISIT GATLINBURG/PIGEON FORGE AREA QUITE OFTEN. WE'VE NOTICED THAT Z BUDA'S SMOKIES CAMPGROUND ISN'T OPEN AND WERE WONDERING WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE PLACE, IF IT WAS ON THE MARKET, ETC. WE ARE INTERESTING IN FINDING OUT MORE ABOUT THIS CAMPGROUND. IT SEEMS LIKE IT WOULD BE A REALLY NICE CAMPGROUND. IT HAS A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF PIGEON FORGE. The skiing at Ober Gatlinburg is fine, and if time allows, Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a national
| park worth stopping at. This is such a fun place for a campground. Spring Hollow is a fine site to spend some time at, and if you're stopping by from Pigeon Forge, you won't be the only one. Enjoy a round of golf at Gatlinburg City Departments Golf Course not far from Z Buda's Smokies Campground; the Jakes Creek Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Pigeon River - West Prong, and nearby you stumble on the Meigs Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail.

At Z Buda's Smokies Campground throughout the warm months highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Z Buda's Smokies Campground
temperatures sink to the 20's. Having a great time at Z Buda's Smokies Campground is simple. Panther Creek State Park is a pretty place any time of year. This campground is always a bliss. There's some flowing water nearby, Caney Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're
here, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Cove Mountain Trail.
Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Little Pigeon River - West Prong - Roaring Fork, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Laurel Falls Trail. This is a tremendous region for folks who
like lakes. Hidden Mountain Lake Number One is a lake in close proximity; Sugar Camp Knob can be seen from Z Buda's Smokies Campground. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff near Z Buda's Smokies Campground will keep you coming back again and again. Eagle's Landing Golf Course is a
good golf course close by, and if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Sugarland Mountain Trail.
Z Buda's Smokies Campground frequently gets a large amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and October is the month with the least moisture.
