trip to Big Ridge State Park when you're here at Riverbend Campground is never a bad idea; close to Riverbend Campground you find a golf course called Gatlinburg City Departments Golf Course. There's some flowing water nearby, Waldens Creek is a stream you can pop by while
| here, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Little Pigeon River - West Prong. There's such a great deal of things to do at Riverbend Campground including swimming, whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. selection. All the water falling down from the sky makes Riverbend Campground a wet spot; most of the rain falls through March, and October is the month with the least moisture. If time allows, Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a national park worth visiting, and you can
run the rapids of Little Pigeon River - West Prong. The Cove Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Riverbend Campground, and there's whitewater on Cove Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Yeah, come here to Riverbend Campground for a good time. Near Riverbend

again. This campground is so great. Don't leave Riverbend Campground without first going for a hike along the Meigs Mountain Trail, and a journey to Panther Creek State Park is a great idea. Scores of people stay here for the purpose of being in the neighborhood of Great Smoky
