| | With such a large number of things to do in Tennessee you'll never get bored. Ober Gatlinburg has good slopes and a friendly staff, and the nice people of Pigeon Forge like to hang out close by. The friendly environment and the ably managed operations have loads of folks coming here. So much enjoyable stuff near Riverbend Campground, and lots of people are fond of coming here to get away.

trip to Big Ridge State Park when you're here at Riverbend Campground is never a bad idea; close to Riverbend Campground you find a golf course called Gatlinburg City Departments Golf Course.
There's some flowing water nearby, Waldens Creek is a stream you can pop by while
| here, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Little Pigeon River - West Prong. There's such a great deal of things to do at Riverbend Campground including swimming, whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. A campground like this is too great to miss. Do check out Hidden Mountain Lake Number One near Riverbend Campground, it's a wonderful lake, and a delightful place is Henderson Springs Hollow.

selection. All the water falling down from the sky makes Riverbend Campground a wet spot; most of the rain falls through March, and October is the month with the least moisture.
If time allows, Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a national park worth visiting, and you can
run the rapids of Little Pigeon River - West Prong. The Cove Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Riverbend Campground, and there's whitewater on Cove Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Yeah, come here to Riverbend Campground for a good time. Near Riverbend
Campground you stumble on the Laurel Falls Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and you obtain a great panorama of Pine Mountain from here.
The nice pick of local attractions, and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back again and
again. This campground is so great. Don't leave Riverbend Campground without first going for a hike along the Meigs Mountain Trail, and a journey to Panther Creek State Park is a great idea. Scores of people stay here for the purpose of being in the neighborhood of Great Smoky
Mountains National Park.
While you're here at Riverbend Campground you can play some golf at Eagle's Landing Golf Course, and you can go for a hike on the Jakes Creek Trail. Going for a hike on the Sugarland Mountain Trail is always a splendid adventure.
For the period
of the months of summer highs here at Riverbend Campground reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Riverbend Campground tend to be in the 20's.
