Mansard Island Resort and Marina, Tennessee   We had our family reunion at Mansard Island Resort and Marina in June 2008 .The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful.? The swimming pool was sparkling clean. The living quarters were dark and smelly and not very clean.? We also had no water preasure and sometimes no water or just a trickle.? Other than that, I had a great time. This segment of Tennessee is always a delight to pop by during camping season. Summertime highs at Mansard Island Resort and Marina regularly tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. During the winter highs are commonly in the 40's; overnight lows at Mansard Island Resort and Marina through the winter usually drop into the 20's. At Mansard Island Resort and Marina amusing stuff to do is plentiful; camping is such an enjoyable activity, and this is a pleasant place to do that. The pleasant people who manage this place and the tremendous facilities beat anything.
