All the water falling down from the sky makes Holly Haven Campground a wet place; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is October. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Holly Haven Campground; Cove Mountain Trail is a delightful local trail, and Pine Mountain is beautiful and can be seen from here.
