The wonderful selection of local attractions, and such a vast number of things to do will certainly have you coming back repeatedly. A visit to Tennessee is not complete without some camping. Fort wear Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among the people from Pigeon Forge. Some activities here at Fort wear Campground are fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
The caring operators of the campground and the satisfactorily looked after facilities are relatively extraordinary.

 wait to pitch that tent; Fort wear Campground, Tennessee is a tremendous place for getting out. Ober Gatlinburg nearby is a splendid ski mountain; it boasts 3 feet of wonderful snow per winter; it has 8 ski slopes, 3 different ski lifts, and a wonderful 600-foot vertical drop. Everybody enjoys Ober Gatlinburg and its 38 acres of skiable terrain. 75% of the ski slopes are beginner and intermediate while 25% of them are red and black and suitable for experienced skiers. A close by grade II-IV whitewater part can be encountered on Cove Creek; the Cascades sector is 1.5 miles long. This sector of Cove Creek is a mid difficulty part for whitewater boating. You have to check current conditions  
in advance of a trip; whitewater boating could turn perilous. In the event that you want to go for a ride on a horse Triple Creek Riding Stables is in the neighborhood; if you want to explore some exciting animals, stop at Rainforest Adventures while here at Fort wear Campground.
