There are 24 ski slopes to choose from and 6 different ski lifts at the nearby ski resort Terry Peak. Terry Peak obtains on average 13 feet of snow every winter and has a delightful 1,100-foot height difference. Beginner       and intermediate ski slopes make up 75% of the ski slopes at Terry Peak; everybody enjoys this nearby ski resort with its 400 acres of ski terrain. 25% of the ski slopes at Terry Peak are black and red, so the expert skiers can have   a delightful time too. The City Park to Evans Park segment is a perfect 1.5-mile-from-beginning-to-end class II stretch of whitewater on Spearfish Creek. You are not expected to get covered with water whitewater kayaking or rafting this stretch of Spearfish Creek.
