Card's Camp, Rhode Island   If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's playing golf, swimming, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Card's Camp. Montauk Point State Park is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit, and Foxwoods Golf & Country Club is a good golf course close by. Card's Camp is a wet site that gets a good deal of precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the     driest. This is such a striking campground. Going for a hike along the Clayhead Nature Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and there are some good whitewater spots on Quinebaug River. This campground is always a diversion. The fine people of Kenyon like to hang out close by; when you're here it's always fun to check out Hopeville Pond State Park. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Card's Camp. The slopes of Yawgoo Valley are so inviting noone can resist, and if you want to hit the beach, Ninigret Beach is nearby. Rhode Island has such an incredible array of things to offer nature lovers. All through the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 80's at Card's Camp. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs   are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Card's Camp plunge into the 10's. On a good day it's a nice idea to spend the day at Roy Carpenters Beach, and an interesting thing to stop at next to Card's Camp is Great Swamp Goose Marsh Dam. This is such a good campground. Take a side tour to Usquepaug River; get yourself into a kayak and hit Matunuck Shore Break. Alright, you've been indoors for too long, time's here for camping, and Card's Camp in Rhode Island is a really glorious site to spend some time. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Beaver River Golf Club is close by, and Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a magnificent national park. A pretty lake like Great Swamp Goose Marsh in the neighborhood of Card's Camp is a delightful place to go to; there's whitewater on Clear and Branch for all you adrenaline kick people. Loads of people stay at this campground for the purpose of being near Ninigret Beach. Great Neck is clearly visible from Card's Camp, and enjoy a round of golf at Laurel Lane Country Club. So many cool things in close proximity to Card's Camp, and to be here is glorious fun any time. All the wonderful local attractions in the vicinity and all the outdoors recreation are tremendous reasons to come. The kind people working here and the magnificent facilities beat anything. If the weather is good here at Card's Camp, you can go for a hike along the Narragansett Trail; since you're here, do take a spree to Gould Neck.
