Bowdish Lake Camping Area, Rhode Island   My family is staying at a seasonal site at Bowdish for summer 2006. I cannot stop raving about this family run & owned campground!! We are having SO much fun, that we are going to book seasonal for next summer as well. Look up their website for more info. They are worth the trip from wherever you may be coming. Says Heather Some of the things you can do here at Bowdish Lake Camping Area are swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling,     and fishing, so perhaps you want to stick around for a while. On a delightful day at Bowdish Lake Camping Area you can take a hike along the Walkabout Trail, and popping by Douglas State Forest is a brilliant thing to do. So many amusing things to do at Bowdish Lake Camping Area, so little time. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Yawgoo Valley is near Bowdish Lake Camping Area, and Hemlock Ledges is an out of the ordinary place to go to while at Bowdish Lake Camping Area. This site is so good, just explore all the entertaining things to do next to Bowdish Lake Camping Area. Near Bowdish Lake Camping Area you discover the Munyan Trail which is a nice hiking trail; some perfect nature is available in George Washington Memorial State Forest. Bowdish Reservoir Dam is an interesting thing to check out; not far from Bowdish Lake   Camping Area you'll discover Bowdish Reservoir which is a beautiful lake. Loads of folks camp here to be near Quaddick State Park. So many local attractions and the fine variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. There's whitewater on Quinebaug River for all you thrill seekers, and if you're looking for a great visit, Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is rather near. The accommodating operators of the campground and all the amusing things to do are cause enough to come here. Lots of fun is at this campground. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Natchaug River; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Border Trail. Bowdish Lake Camping Area gets lots of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time; Bowdish Lake Camping Area in Rhode Island is a brilliant choice. Rhode Island is a brilliant outdoors state. Bowdish Lake Camping Area is a campground rather often visited by the folks in Pascoag. Going for a hike on the Ross Trail is always a magnificent adventure; some of the water close by flows, like Shady Oak Brook. This campground is a good spot to explore. A journey to Quaddick State Park when you're here at Bowdish Lake Camping Area is a perfect idea, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear and Branch. Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a good spot close to Bowdish Lake Camping Area; during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Pascoag for sure. It's out of the question to run out of amusing things to do near Bowdish Lake Camping Area; it is a brilliant campground. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Bowdish Lake Camping Area reach the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Bowdish Lake Camping Area temperatures dip to the 10's.
