| | Western Village RV Park is a clean, quiet, family oriented park. Located just 1.5 miles off of I-81, we are centrally located to many great nearby attractions such as Historic Carlisle, Army Heritage Center, Army War College, Dickinson College, Carlisle Events Car Shows(3.5 miles) Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Hershey Park, Lancaster(Amish Country) and York, the home of the Harley Davidson Plant. The area offers many opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast. Tee off at one of many local golf courses, hike on the Appalachian Trail, or spend some time fly fishing |
on the Yellow Breeches Creek.
If you prefer to just stay put and enjoy our beautiful park, you'll find plenty to do. We offer organized activities (most weekends), mini golf, gameroom, horseshoes, tetherball, volleyball, softball, playground, swimming pool, laundry facility
| & propane fill station. If you do not have an RV or tent to camp in, we have 6 camping cabins available to rent.

you can go for a hike along the Maple Hollow Trail. There are good places to explore along the Kings Gap Hollow Trail. The Pine Plantation Trail is a perfect hiking trail next to Western Village RV Park, and get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Conewago Creek
- West. This is such a great campground. Near Western Village RV Park you locate the Rock Skree Trail which is a good hiking trail; if you have time, Catoctin Mountain Park is a national park worth going to.
So many enjoyable things to do here at Western Village RV Park, too
tremendous to be true. A round of golf at nearby Mayapple Golf Links is a glorious way to kill some time; a good place for whitewater paddling is Bermudian Creek. Playing golf is lots of fun at Eagles Crossing Golf Club, and going for a hike on the Ridge Trail is always a wonderful
adventure. This is such a charming campground. Marsh Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot next to Western Village RV Park, and Cumberland Golf Club is a tremendous golf course nearby.
The slopes of Ski Roundtop are so inviting noone can resist, and Western Village RV Park is
in the vicinity of Gifford Pinchot State Park which is a wonderful site. The amount of rain that falls at Western Village RV Park is close to the national average; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Summertime highs
at Western Village RV Park generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Western Village RV Park plunge into the 10's.
