This is such a beautiful
campground. Have a great hiking adventure along the Round Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Kishacoquillas Creek. Summertime highs at Walker Campground usually tend to be in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 60's.
For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Walker Campground temperatures dip to the 10's.
Hiking along the Middle Ridge Trail is wonderful fun; at Walker Campground you always meet someone from Mifflintown.
