| | This campground is so tremendous. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Young Womans Creek, and there's great hiking along the Gamble Run Trail. So many amusing things to do here at Sunrise Campgrounds, too fine to be true. Leonard Harrison State Park is a beautiful place any time of year; going for a hike on the Long Hollow Trail is always a pleasant adventure.

Mountain from Sunrise Campgrounds is lovely; there's whitewater on Slate Run for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
There are nice spots to explore along the Gruger Hollow Trail, and the snow is good at Ski Sawmill. Throughout the warm days of summer at Sunrise Campgrounds temperatures
are typically in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Sunrise Campgrounds nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This campground has so many exciting things
to offer. Don't leave Sunrise Campgrounds without first going for a hike along the Eravel Trail; near Sunrise Campgrounds you hit upon a golf course called Belles Springs Golf Course.
Sunrise Campgrounds is a very popular old favorite campground among the people of Lock Haven.
Ole Bull State Park is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, and Ram Hollow Reservoir is a wonderful lake nearby. Lots of folks from Lock Haven come to Sunrise Campgrounds; there are some perfect whitewater spots on Elk Creek.
