| | The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. While you're here at Snow Shoe Park you will meet lots of people from nearby Snow Shoe, and Sinnemahoning State Park is a beautiful site any time of year. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Moshannon River, and hiking along the Rock Hollow Trail is wonderful fun. With so much to do in Pennsylvania you'll never get bored.

campground. A lake nearby is Snow Shoe Reservoir, and the Big Sandy Trail offers hiking at its best. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Tussey Mountain; Snow Shoe Park is right by the Wolf Run Trail.
Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Snow Shoe Park while
overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Snow Shoe Park are in the 10's. Snow Shoe Park gets a good deal of water; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; January on the other hand
is the driest.
The pleasant local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. There are so many amusing things to do near Snow Shoe Park, and scores of folks love to come here to escape.
