A nice place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Sharon's Place is Miners Run, and don't leave Sharon's Place without first going for a hike along the Shaffers Trail.
Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Sharon's Place. You'll meet a lot of folks from Williamsport here; going for a hike on the Culbertson Trail is always a splendid adventure. Sharon's Place is prized by the residents of Williamsport.
Sharon's Place gets a common amount of annual precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is January.
The folks who take care of the campground and the splendor of the site have people coming here. Some close by water includes Mosquito Creek, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend White Deer Creek.
