Synagogue Gap is a splendid location to discover,   and nearby you come across the Decker Path which is a good hiking trail. From a rain point of view Seven Mountains Campground is a quite normal site; during the month of June you get the most rain around here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's whitewater on Kishacoquillas Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and don't leave Seven Mountains Campground without first going for a hike along the Indian Trail.
