During the summer here at Park Edge Campground, high temperatures generally reach the 80's.     Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Park Edge Campground. Chapman Dam is not far at all from Park Edge Campground; there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Minister Valley Trail. This is beyond doubt a pleasant campground. On a good day at Park Edge Campground you can take a hike along the Rocky Gap Trail Bike Trail. This campground is so beautiful. Really good skiing awaits you at Cockaigne, and you can run the rapids of Clarion River. Park Edge Campground beyond doubt is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Mead Run is a pleasant spot to explore, and going for a hike on the Tanbark Trail is always a glorious adventure. Lakes? Sure, Chapman Dam Reservoir is close by, and a tour to   Chapman State Park is a great idea. A great deal of rain falls at Park Edge Campground; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest.
