The personnel that controls this campground and the admirably kept up facilities have lots of folks coming here. Going for a hike along the Aspen Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and obviously, everybody loves Sizerville State Park. Nelson Run Camping Resort is a reasonably normal place; all through June this area sees the most rain while January is usually the driest month. A quick spree to South Woods Branch close to Nelson Run Camping Resort is a brilliant idea, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby
called the White Birch Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Nelson Run Camping Resort. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Nelson Run Camping Resort temperatures descend to the 10's.
