Terra Golf Course is a golf course in the neighborhood of Mountain Vista Campground, and Brodhead Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do near Mountain Vista Campground. A visit to Big Pocono State Park invigorates
the soul, and Mountain Vista Campground is not far at all from East Stroudsburg. If you go for the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's swimming, playing golf, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.

Vista Campground is a relatively wet place regularly with a good deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. For you golfers we recommend nearby Country Club of the Poconos at Big
Ridge; there are great spots to explore along the Smith Trail.
Newton Run is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pocono Creek. This is really a tremendous campground.
Near Mountain Vista Campground you find a golf course called Great Bear Golf and Country Club; there's splendid hiking along the Camp Biff Trail. Mountain Vista Campground is not the only location close by, Hallowood Lake is a close by lake; you'll never forgive yourself if you
don’t go skiing at Shawnee Mountain if you're here.
It's been too much time since you went outside; Mountain Vista Campground in Pennsylvania is precisely the spot. Loads of folks camp here in order to be in close proximity to Big Pocono State Park. This campground is so striking. Why not take a look at Kings Dam if you're here, and Paradise Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by.
