The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Mountain Top Bluegrass drop into the 10's. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as whitewater paddling, playing golf, swimming, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The positive ambiance and the enormously skillfully managed facilities makes the trip here worthwhile.

This campground has so much fun stuff to offer. Woodlawn Golf Course is a golf course in close proximity to Mountain Top Bluegrass, and the skiing at Boyce Park is perfect. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Bear Creek - Allegheny River
| Tributary, and West Deer Lake is a wonderful lake close by. If you come to this campground, you will have a brilliant time for sure.

Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really abundant here at Mountain Top Bluegrass. Everybody loves Moraine State Park, and as expected Lardintown Run is a lovely stream that is worth visiting. Get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Sewickley Creek, and McConnell's Mill State Park is worth stopping at.
