of Kozy Rest Kampground, and a visit to McConnell's Mill State Park is a brilliant idea. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Shamrock Public Golf Course; you can run the rapids of Scrubgrass Creek. This campground has so unbelievably much. A round of
golf at nearby Valley View Golf Course is a great way to kill some time, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Harrisville. If you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Pine Grove Public Golf Course; a journey here wouldn’t be complete without a visit
to close by Moraine State Park.
There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Kozy Rest Kampground. A good place for whitewater paddling next to Kozy Rest Kampground is South Sandy Creek. From a precipitation point of view Kozy Rest Kampground is a relatively typical site;
June is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. Summertime highs at Kozy Rest Kampground regularly tend to be in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Kozy Rest Kampground.

Cabin / Yurt Rentals: A valid credit card required for security deposit. No smoking permitted inside units, no pets permitted in or at rental units. Picnic table, fire ring, & grill provided at each site. Bring your own linens.

Kozy Cabin: is a one room unit that sleeps 4. It includes a double bed, bunk beds, table, chairs, & small refrigerator / microwave.
Log Cabin: is a two room unit that sleeps 6. It includes a double bed, bunk beds, loft, table, chairs, bathroom, & kitchen.
Little Bear Yurt (16' diameter) & Big Bear Yurt (20' diameter) each sleep 6 with a combo double/single bunk beds. Table, chairs, small refrigerator & microwave are included.

Reservation Policy:
Camping: Holidays require a three night minimum stay & must be paid in advance with reservation. All other reservations require a one nights deposit.
Cabins / Yurts: Holidays require a three night minimum stay & all other reservations require two night minimum stay & must be paid in advance with reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We can not be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations, therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
Camping: A 72 hour notice is needed to receive a refund (less a $10. 00 cancellation fee). A 7 day notice is needed for a holiday & special event.
Cabins / Yurts: A 14 day notice is needed to receive a refund (less a $25. 00 cancellation fee). A 21 day notice is needed for holidays & special events.
We accept reservations for specific sites, but reserve the right to make substitutions if needed. We do not give refunds for early departure, inclement weather, or evictions.
