We stayed at this campground last year and had the best time! We went for the water park over at Camelback and stayed for the campground. This is one of the cleanest campgrounds     we have been to. The bathrooms are immaculate! The staff was very friendly and even delivered our firewood without being asked. I would highly recommend this campground. Says Donna The scenery at Naus And Newlyn Dam in close proximity to Hemlock Campground and Cottages is stunning, and unsurprisingly, all our national parks are tremendous places to have a look at and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is no exception. Go for a hike on the Burley Inlet Trail, and a spree to Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River is worthwhile. There's whitewater on Paradise Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and the Lakeside Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by. From a rainfall point of view Hemlock Campground and Cottages is a relatively common spot; the month with most of the rain is June while January is mostly   the driest month. This place, Hemlock Campground and Cottages, it clearly has so much outdoors fun stuff. Mount Airy Lodge has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff, and going for a hike on the Boundary Trail is always a fine adventure. People from Tobyhanna love to come to Hemlock Campground and Cottages, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Camelback Trail. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Hemlock Campground and Cottages while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Hemlock Campground and Cottages dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This is such a fun location for a campground. Everybody loves Tobyhanna State Park; you can run the rapids of Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Hemlock Campground and Cottages. Nearby lakes? Sure, Echo Lake is close to Hemlock Campground and Cottages, and a round of golf at nearby Buck Hill Falls CO Golf Club is a delightful way to kill some time. This campground is always a joy. Take a little trip to Dresser Run if you're here at Hemlock Campground and Cottages, and nearby you locate the Indian Trail which is a good hiking trail. Gouldsboro State Park is worth going to if you're at Hemlock Campground and Cottages, and get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Wallenpaupack Creek.
