hiking trail close by called the Green Ridge Trail. So much enjoyable stuff close to Granite Hill Campground; it's always fun to be at this campground. Whitewater paddling is fine on Conewago Creek - West; people from Mc Knightstown love to come here. The positive environment
and all the fun stuff have lots of folks coming here. Just can't get enough of Granite Hill Campground. Get dripping wet paddling on Owens Creek, and there's perfect hiking along the Warrior Trail. Several people stay at this campground in order to be near Catoctin Mountain Park.
So many fun things to do at Granite Hill Campground, so little time. Patuxent River State Park is a great spot to stretch your legs a bit; you can go for a hike on the Wildcat Trail.
