| | In Pennsylvania you never run out of outdoors fun stuff. Good hiking is available along the Darr Trail; a golf course close by is Chestnut Ridge Golf Club. Girl Scouts is a rather wet place commonly with lots of precipitation; July is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Soar down the rapids of Blacklick Creek in a kayak, and a great panorama of pretty Fort Hill is available. | that is likely to happen. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Conemaugh River, and there are perfect locations to discover along the Clark Run Trail. The staff that manages this campground and a great variety of fun stuff attract people from far and wide. Throughout the warm months here at Girl Scouts, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
