Hiking along the Lippencot Trail is perfect fun, and this is a popular place for people from Gettysburg. Going for a
| hike along the Wildcat Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Patuxent River State Park is a delightful spot. This campground is so charming. Hit the slopes at Ski Liberty in close proximity, and a great place to take a look at is Devils Den. At Gettysburg Battlefield RV Resort through the summer months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Gettysburg Battlefield RV Resort.

From a precipitation point of view Gettysburg Battlefield RV Resort is a quite normal location; the month with most of the rain is June; the driest of the months is January. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Owens Creek; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the
High Rock Nature Trail.
