Don't leave Forbes Trail Camp without first going for a hike along the Brant Trail; Champion Lakes Golf Club is a delightful golf course nearby. As long as you adore the outdoors you will adore Pennsylvania.
Forbes Trail Camp is prized by people from Ligonier. A great view of pretty Shooters Hill is available from Forbes Trail Camp, and the Spruce Run Trail offers hiking at its best. The nice local |
attractions and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came.
Get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of Tubmill Creek; hiking is a popular thing to do around Forbes Trail Camp; East End Trail is a magnificent local trail. I can't
| stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Forbes Trail Camp. A round of golf at nearby Ridgeview Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time.
There's such an incredible array of things to do at Forbes Trail Camp including swimming, hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so probably you want to stay a bit. A magnificent place for whitewater paddling near Forbes Trail Camp is Fourmile Run, and some nearby water includes Hannas Run.

you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Laurel Valley Golf Club is close at hand, and skiing at The Springs at Laurel Mountain is one of those things you just ought to do.
The workforce of this nice campground and the attractiveness of the spot beat anything. An
average amount of precipitation falls at Forbes Trail Camp; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. This is such a fun location for a campground. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend
Loyalhanna Creek, and if you feel like a little side tour, try Lettie Shaffer Hollow.
This campground is a striking location to stop by. Good hiking is available along the Wolf Rocks Trail; Forbes Trail Camp is not far at all from Ligonier. There are nice locations to look
at along the Darr Trail, and you're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Lake Tod is one of those nearby. It's totally impossible to run out of enjoyable things to do close to Forbes Trail Camp; it's one of those spots where everything is nice.
High temperatures at Forbes Trail
Camp during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Forbes Trail Camp drop into the 10's.
