Fernridge Campground, Pennsylvania   Man, is there plenty of enjoyable things to do next to Fernridge Campground. This is a popular location for people from Kresgeville, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Delaware-Lehigh State Experimental Forest. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the entertaining stuff you can do is swimming,   fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. Fernridge Campground gets lots of water; the month with most of the rain is August; February is when it's the driest. Beltzville State Park is a perfect place to stretch your legs a bit; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Paradise Creek. The surroundings of this campground have such a large number of things to offer. Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is a good local destination here at Fernridge Campground, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Lakeside Trail. You can take a little visit to Indian Mountain Lake Dam if you're here at Fernridge Campground, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Big Boulder. Fernridge Campground is positioned in a region with lots of exciting stuff to do, and if you're looking for a splendid location to go camping for a couple of days, this is a pleasant selection. Many people camp here so they can go to Beltzville State Park. Places like Gouldsboro State Park are wonderful to go to, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Camelback Trail. Summertime highs at Fernridge Campground frequently tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Fernridge Campground.
