a hike along the Darr Trail. There's some flowing water nearby, Minnow Run is a stream you can pop by while you're here, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Great Gorge Trail. This campground is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Seven Springs is a great place to do that;
Fourmile Run is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby.
From a precipitation point of view Donegal Campground is a pretty typical spot; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. This campground has so many exciting things to offer. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Ligonier Country Club.
