The top of Keller Hill is easily spotted from Deer Run Campground, and close by you come across the Hammonds Rocks Trail which is a nice hiking trail. Don't leave Deer Run Campground without first going for a hike along the Kings Gap Hollow Trail, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Roundtop.
If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. Good hiking is available along the Ridge Trail, and lakes are such
    peaceful sites, why not stop by Mount Holly Springs Lake. An average amount of precipitation falls at Deer Run Campground; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. A trip to Catoctin Mountain Park is worthwhile, and if you
