Going camping for a couple of days here in Pennsylvania is something you must do. Some of the water close by flows, like Bear Run, and the fine people of Portersville like to hang out nearby.
For the duration of the warm days of summer at Bear Run Campground highs are usually in the 80's; the night is fairly colder of course, commonly in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are
    frequently in the 30's, and night lows during the winter for Bear Run Campground tend to be in the 10's. Moraine State Park Dam has splendid water scenery and it's right next door to Bear Run Campground, and Slippery Rock Creek is a fine whitewater spot nearby. This is such a brilliant
campground. You'll come across a striking lake called Lake Arthur near Bear Run Campground, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Muddy Creek - Slippery Rock Tributary.
Famous Pennsylvania hospitality and all the fun things to do are pretty incredible. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Bear Run Campground. Moraine State Park is worth going to if you're at Bear Run Campground.
There is so much fun stuff in the vicinity of Bear Run Campground; it is a great escape from the mundane.
 
Some activities here at Bear Run Campground are swimming, fishing, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do.
At last, camping time is here once more; Bear Run Campground in Pennsylvania is a great spot to go. If you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Hartmann's Deep Valley Golf Course, and obviously, everyone loves McConnell's Mill State Park.
Several folks stay here for the purpose of being in close proximity to McConnell's Mill State Park. All the fine local attractions in the neighborhood and the nearby outdoors recreation are delightful motives to come. From a rainfall point of view Bear Run Campground is a relatively common spot; through June this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
