In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marys River, and Marysville Golf Course is a perfect golf course close by.
The high level of rain makes Wild Mare Horse Camp a reasonably wet place; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

This campground is so magnificent. Paddling on Alsea River - South Fork is so much fun; visiting Siuslaw National Forest is a splendid thing to do. As long as you adore the outdoors you will adore Oregon.
Summer brings highs in the 80's to Wild Mare Horse Camp, and the overnight is rather colder of course, regularly in the 40's.
