Lone Ranch Beach. So many cool things in the Coast Ranges, just phenomenal. Good hiking is available along the Eagle Creek Trail; Samuel H. Boardman State Park is worth a visit. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. Whalehead Creek is a pretty stream
that is worth going to, and don't leave without dropping by Harris Beach State Park. The pleasant staff and the enormously nicely controlled facilities are reason enough to come here. Don't forget to pop by Whalehead since you're here at Whaleshead Beach Campground. This campground
has so many fun things to offer. There's splendid hiking along the Snow Camp Trail, and at Whaleshead Beach Campground you always meet someone from Brookings. This camp ground is one of the delightful places to camp here in the Coast Ranges. Ok, now is a great time to go camping,
so what do you say? Whaleshead Beach Campground is a wonderful local campground if you happen to be in Oregon. Lots of people camp here in order to be near Samuel H. Boardman State Park. There's no way to get bored in Oregon if you like the outdoors. Paddling on Smith River
- North Fork is so much fun, and a good beach nearby is Harris Beach. Go for a hike on the Hazel Camp Trail, and if you haven’t been to Redwood National and State Parks, you have to schedule some time for it if you're here.
