Bait and tackle is offered at this campground, and like all nice campgrounds Tumalo State Park of course has a swimming pool       where you could go for a good bath. Swimming at Tumalo State Park is magnificent exercise and a lot of amusement too, and also enjoy golfing here. Near Tumalo State Park is a great 5.2-mile-from-beginning-to-end sweep of whitewater   on Deschutes River, a class IV, this is the Bend to Tumalo State Park segment. This sweep of Deschutes River is an enjoyable sweep for whitewater rafting and kayaking. Check the latest conditions before you go on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure.
