A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Tiller Ranger District; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is when it's the driest. A trip to Casey State Park when   you're here at Tiller Ranger District is never a bad idea; hiking is a popular thing to do around Tiller Ranger District; Canyon Number Three Trail is a tremendous local trail. Get your sleeping bag packed and hit the road; Tiller Ranger District in Oregon is a delightful choice. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Umpqua River - South; Tiller Ranger District is right by the Red Mountain Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Umpqua River - South offers some glorious whitewater, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can take a look at Joseph Reed Dam. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Southern Cascade Range.
