When you're here at The Village Green it's always fun to visit Shore Acres State Park, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Coos River - South Fork. | Sure, Upper Pony Creek Reservoir is close by. This camp ground is one of the pleasant places to camp here in the Coast Ranges.
The Village Green is a pretty wet place regularly with a large amount of rain; through the month of December you get the most rain around here; the driest month is July. This campground is a pretty place to pop by. The summit of The Buttes can be seen from The Village Green. A number of folks pick The Village Green so they can go to North Beach.
