The high level of precipitation makes Suttle Lake Resort and Marina a reasonably wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. The folks who watch over the campground and the nicely kept up facilities attract folks from all over. Black Butte is a peak you can see from Suttle Lake Resort and Marina; hiking is a popular thing to do around Suttle Lake Resort and Marina; Little Lake Trail is a tremendous local trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Squaw Creek. Having a perfect time at Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is uncomplicated. A round of golf at nearby Big Meadow Golf Course is a great way to kill some time, and don't leave Suttle Lake Resort and Marina without first going   for a hike along the Millican Crater Trail. So much amusing stuff near Suttle Lake Resort and Marina, and it is a great campground. This campground has so many fun things to offer. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Metolius River, and there's splendid hiking along the Cache Lake Trail. The good local attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back repeatedly. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Suttle Lake Resort and Marina get into the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Suttle Lake Resort and Marina dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. Get your camping stuff packed and hit the road; Suttle Lake Resort and Marina in Oregon is the outdoors at its finest. A great swamp in the neighborhood of Suttle Lake Resort and Marina is Black Butte Swamp; do take a hike on the Green Lakes Trail. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the fun stuff you can do is hiking, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. This section of Oregon has a great deal of outdoors activities at your disposal. If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. You can run the rapids of Marion Creek in close proximity to Suttle Lake Resort and Marina, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Round Lake Trail.
