Sunset Landing is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; most of the rain falls all through December, and July is when it's the driest. Oregon is a glorious outdoors state. Man, is there plenty of exciting stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. The Loop is a tremendous place to go to while in the neighborhood, and Seven Devils State Park is     both great and lovely. This is such a fun place for a campground. Nestucca River is a brilliant whitewater spot in the vicinity of Sunset Landing, and don't leave Sunset Landing without first checking out Medicine Rock. Sunset Landing is a good camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Coast Ranges. Ball Mountain is beautiful and can be observed from Sunset Landing; there are plenty of folks from Lincoln City here at Sunset Landing. All the jolly folks and the loads of entertaining things to do are incentive enough to come here. There's so much stuff to do close to Sunset Landing, and to be at this place is always fun. Take a side journey to Wildcat Creek, and as expected, this is a pleasant area for people who like lakes, Reed Reservoir is a lake close by. As if Sunset Landing wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater   paddling, fishing, and swimming, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back persistently. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Sunset Landing. Devils Lake State Park is a pleasant place to explore on a wonderful day, and you can run the rapids of Drift Creek. So much cool stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too nice to be true. Get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Siletz River. During the summer months highs here at Sunset Landing get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Sunset Landing temperatures dip to the 30's.
