Round Lake Golf and Mobile Estates, Southern Cascade Range, Oregon   This park is very nice and spacious. It is more like a resort with RV spaces and Park Model cabins looking over the beautiful Round Lake valley, and on the golf course. The club house has good WiFi Internet access. Kimball State Park is a stunning spot any time of year, and the sights at Lava Beds National Monument will blow your mind. If you come at the right time of year, Trask River offers some good whitewater; there     is a fine hiking trail close by called the Moss Creek Trail. And that's not everything you can do here in the Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Varney Creek Trail is always a good adventure. An average amount of rainfall falls at Round Lake Golf and Mobile Estates; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is commonly the driest month. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Drift down the rapids of Klamath River in a kayak, and you can go for a hike on the Mountain Lakes Trail. So much fun stuff in the Southern Cascade Range, just incredible. On a fine day at Round Lake Golf and Mobile Estates you can take a hike along the South Pass Lake Trail; Collier Memorial State Park is a good location to stretch your legs a bit.
