Redwood National and State Parks is a good local destination here at River Bend Terraces; Tide Rock is something you shouldn't miss if you're here. River Bend Terraces is situated in the Coast Ranges. Loads of people pick this campground to stop at close by Azalea State Park. Much rainfall falls at River Bend Terraces; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest of the months is July. All the lively people and all the entertaining stuff beat anything. |
So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available in close proximity such as swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. Camping out certainly
| is a pleasant thing to do; River Bend Terraces is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Oregon. There's such an incredible array of things to do next to River Bend Terraces; when you're here you're always having a tremendous time. Through the warmest time of the year highs here at River Bend Terraces reach the 60's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and night lows in the 40's for River Bend Terraces. Nothing beats kicking back at Harris Beach, and you'll meet a lot of folks | |

from Brookings here. Going for a hike on the Packsaddle Trail is always a good adventure, and Lone Ranch Beach is a beach nearby that you can stop at. All year is a magnificent time in the Coast Ranges if you like the outdoors. Drift down the rapids of Smith River - North Fork
in a kayak, and when you're here it's always fun to stop by Azalea State Park. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Coast Ranges. Harris Beach State Park is a magnificent location to stretch your legs a bit, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Smith River - South
Fork. On a pleasant day at River Bend Terraces you can take a hike along the Hazel Camp Trail, and you have to beyond doubt take a look at Red Point during your stay. Just can't get enough of River Bend Terraces. Do schedule some time to have a look at Chetco Cove near River
Bend Terraces if you have a chance, and there is a wonderful hiking trail nearby called the Eagle Creek Trail. So many enjoyable things to do at River Bend Terraces, so little time. Looking for some flowing water? Try Bishop Creek; do have a look at Port of Brookings while you're
here. A campground like this is too great to miss. Looking for something in the vicinity of River Bend Terraces? South Coast Log Pond is in the neighborhood, and there are perfect places to look at along the Snow Camp Trail. So much fun stuff in the Coast Ranges, just fantastic.
If you come at the right time of year, Smith River - Middle Fork offers some glorious whitewater. River Bend Terraces is a campground pretty frequently visited by campers from Brookings.
