That right there is loads already, but it carries on; Raab has it all. Firwood Veneer Corporation Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at; if you're here you can take a hike along the Eagle Creek Cutoff. So many exciting things in the Central Cascade Range, just astonishing. A quick spree to Bowman Creek close to Raab is a great idea, and there is a great hiking trail nearby |
called the Dry Ridge Trail. Raab is to be found in the Central Cascade Range. If you are in Oregon throughout camping season, you ought to go camping. So much amusing stuff in close proximity to Raab; it is a good escape from everyday life. High temperatures at Raab all
| through the summertime are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Raab are in the 30's. The good variety of local attractions and such a vast number of things to do are sure to keep you coming back repeatedly. State Park is a great site to go if you're at Raab, and the Old Baldy Trail is a good hiking trail close by. You can run the rapids of Sandy River in close proximity to Raab; Crown Point State Park is worth taking a look at. Lots of people opt for Raab for the purpose of being
in the vicinity of George W. Joseph State Park. The surroundings of this campground have such a vast number of things to offer. The scenery at Firwood Veneer Corporation Dam in the neighborhood of Raab is striking.
