| | The staff of this tremendous campground and all the exciting things are cause enough to come here. This campground is so delightful. When you're here at Oregon Dunes Koa it's always fun to stop by William M. Tugman State Park, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Millicoma River - West Fork. Just can't get enough of the Coast Ranges. Umpqua Lighthouse State Park is a splendid site to stretch your legs a bit, and glide down the rapids of Coquille River - South Fork in a kayak. Summertime at Oregon Dunes Koa arrives with high temperatures in the 70's |
with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 50's with temperatures at Oregon Dunes Koa dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
As if Oregon Dunes Koa wasn't enough, you can also go hiking, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so
| running out of exciting stuff to do won’t happen. Oregon Dunes Koa is a place with many visitors from North Bend, and nice hiking is available along the Threemile Lake Trail. It's not possible to get bored in Oregon if you like the outdoors.
All the good local attractions around here and the close by outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back persistently. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do next to Oregon Dunes Koa. Paddling on Coos River - South Fork is so much fun.
