| | If you come at the right time of year, Little Washougal River offers some great whitewater; a good site to pop by close by is Willamette Valley. Drift down the rapids of Washougal River in a kayak, and Persimmon Country Club Persimmon is a great golf course nearby. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Central Cascade Range. Paddling on Clackamas River is so much fun, and beaches are good and Sundial Beach is no exception.

High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Mobile Estates dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights.
