Mobile Estates, Central Cascade Range, Oregon   Mobile Estates is not the only place nearby, Binford Reservoir is a nearby lake, and paddling on Washougal River is so much fun. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are really bountiful here at Mobile Estates. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Clackamas River, and while you're here you can play some golf at Persimmon Country Club Persimmon. Beaches are splendid; and Sundial Beach next to Mobile Estates is no exception; Gresham Golf Course is a nice golf course close by. Mobile Estates sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain     is December; July meanwhile is the driest month. When you're here at Mobile Estates it's always fun to go to Lewis and Clark State Park, and some of the water close by flows, like Kelly Creek. Willamette Valley is a glorious location to check out close by, and Dabney State Park is a nice place to stretch your legs a bit. Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. While you're here at Mobile Estates you will meet lots of folks from close by Fairview; drift down the rapids of Little Washougal River in a kayak. High temperatures at Mobile Estates during the months of summer are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Mobile Estates all through the winter ordinarily dip into the 30's. And if that's not sufficient   there's plenty more exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. At Mobile Estates you can see Powell Butte, and while you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Glendoveer Golf Course.
