Camping in Oregon is such an enjoyable activity. Some folks pick Lucky Lodge so they can go to Ophir Beach. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Libby   Creek Pond; you're sure to bump into some fine people from Brookings here. This campground has it all. At Lucky Lodge you can see Kimball Hill, and the Mountain Wells Trail offers hiking at its best. The pleasant pick of local attractions, and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation are good incentives to come. A lot of fun is at this campground. You without doubt should check out Pistol River State Park since you're here at Lucky Lodge, and Elk River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
