People from Pendleton-Hermiston love to come to Lehman Hot Springs; on a fine day you can take a hike along the Cable Creek Trail.   There's more to do right next door to Lehman Hot Springs other than just hanging out such as hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. Grande Ronde River is a glorious whitewater spot near Lehman Hot Springs; while you're here, you could check out Lane Creek. The kind workforce and the good quality of everything here have people coming here. A nice place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Lehman Hot Springs is John Day River - North Fork; going for a hike along the Round Meadow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. At Lehman Hot Springs cool stuff to do is abundant; campgrounds like these are nice. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lehman Hot Springs, and the overnight is a tad colder of course, regularly in the 30's.
