Near Laliberte RV Park is a glorious 6.3-mile-in-length section of whitewater on Coquille River - South Fork, a grade II-IV, this is the 2 Miles Above Powers to Baker Creek section. On the whole this section of Coquille River - South Fork is an enjoyable site for paddling. Check restrictions before heading out on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe and sound. Some of the water nearby flows, like Belieu Creek,       and you're sure to bump into some nice folks from Coos Bay here. You just should like the Coast Ranges. Hoffman Memorial State Park is a wonderful location to stop by on a lovely day, and if you're here you can play some golf at Coquille   Valley Elks. This is such a wonderful campground. Going to Coquille Myrtle Grove State Park in the neighborhood of Laliberte RV Park is a delightful thing to do. Laliberte RV Park mostly gets a good deal of rainfall. Most of the rain falls through December, and the driest month of the year is July.
