Hoodview - Mount Hood National Forest, Central Cascade Range, Oregon

  Hoodview is a campground esteemed by the residents of Sandy. That right there is heaps of cool things already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. Some of the water nearby flows, like Bowman Creek, and Hoodview is right by the Eagle Creek Cutoff.
This is such a beautiful campground. If the weather is nice here at Hoodview, you can go for a hike along the Cold Spring Trail. There's so much stuff to do near Hoodview, and when you're here you're always having a brilliant time. Hoodview sees pretty high levels of rainfall; all through December
    this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest.
Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Lakes are great; Roslyn Lake is a lake that's near Hoodview; there's whitewater on Sandy River for all you thrill seekers.
Crown Point State Park is a tremendous place to stop by, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Old Baldy Trail. Ok, time for a camping trip, wouldn't you agree? Hoodview in Oregon is a really brilliant place to spend some time.
A number of people choose this campground to explore nearby George W. Joseph State Park. Places like George W. Joseph State Park are nice to have a look at, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Bull Run.
Summertime highs at Hoodview typically tend to be in the 80's. Summer
 
overnight lows sink down to the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are typically in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Hoodview are in the 30's. There's no way to get bored in Oregon if you adore the outdoors. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Hoodview. Why not go to Firwood Veneer Corporation Dam while you're here, and do take a hike on the Fanton Plaza Trail.
Hoodview is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Cascade Range. There's lots of outdoors recreation available around here such as fishing, hiking, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so there's absolutely no way to get bored. This is such a good campground. At Hoodview you always meet someone from Sandy, and going for a hike along the Dry Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
The welcoming reception and the fine facilities are a magnificent draw for scores of folks. So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came.
