Near Hoodview you discover the Eagle Creek Cutoff which is a great hiking trail, and a quick visit to Bowman Creek is unquestionably a great idea. Oregon is a good place for outdoors folks. | This is such a scenic campground. Lots of people from Sandy come to Hoodview. The positive surroundings and scores of exciting stuff to do are in themselves motive enough to come here. Hoodview sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls through December; the driest month of the year is July. This is such a pleasant campground. got to get out of the house; Hoodview in Oregon is such a good place. Hoodview is a very popular campground among the people of Sandy. Good hiking is available along the Dry Ridge Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Bull Run offers some nice whitewater. Hoodview
is a good camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Cascade Range. Such a tremendous pick of attractions and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation will definitely have you coming back repeatedly. There's no way to run out of exciting stuff to do close to Hoodview;
if you're seeking a good place to go for a camping trip, this is a great selection. High temperatures at Hoodview throughout the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and after
the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Hoodview dip into the 30's. This place rocks, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in close proximity to Hoodview. A tour to Crown Point State Park when you're here at Hoodview is never a bad idea, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Sandy River.
