Several people stay at Honeyman State Park when going to Washburne State Park. There's such a great deal of things to do at Honeyman State Park including fishing, whitewater paddling, playing golf, hiking, and swimming, so in all probability you want to stay a bit. Sandpines Golf Links is a golf course right next door to Honeyman State Park, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Westlake here.

might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Lilly Lake, and a golf course nearby is Ocean Dunes Golf Links. At Honeyman State Park amusing stuff to do is abundant; it definitely is a good campground.
The high level of rainfall makes Honeyman State Park a reasonably
wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July. This campground is a striking place to pop by. For you golfers we recommend close by Avalon Pitch & Putt Golf Course.
