If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Millicoma River - West Fork, and Umpqua Lighthouse State Park is a delightful place to visit. Honeyman State Park ordinarily gets lots of rainfall; through December this area sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Coast Ranges. |

close by. This campground is so delightful. Washburne State Park is a lovely location any time of year, and Siuslaw River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Summertime highs at Honeyman State Park ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Honeyman State Park.
