Fords Pond Dam is pretty. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Coast Ranges. The peak of Richards Butte can be seen from Hi-way Haven RV Park; if you fancy a little side visit, try Dodge Canyon. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Umpqua River -
| North; a golf course nearby is Oak Hills Golf Club.
This campground has so much amusing stuff to offer. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Umpqua River, and since you're here, you could also go to wonderful Fords Pond. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, and Hi-way Haven RV Park in Oregon is a really great spot to spend some time.

Through the summer months at Hi-way Haven RV Park temperatures are mostly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The
