| | This camp ground is one of the good locations to camp here in the Central Cascade Range. Summertime highs at Gone Creek ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Gone Creek. Don't leave Gone Creek without first going for a hike along the Old Baldy Trail; Sandy River is a glorious whitewater spot close by. Such a glorious choice of attractions and the glorious variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back |
many times. The high level of rainfall makes Gone Creek a quite wet place; through the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Gone Creek is a very popular campground with the folks in Sandy. You can run the rapids of
| Bull Run close to Gone Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Fanton Plaza Trail. It's been too long since you went outside, and Gone Creek in Oregon is a great spot to go. and people from Sandy love to come here. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A quick visit to Bowman Creek in close proximity to Gone Creek is a pleasant idea, and there's nice hiking along the Cold Spring Trail. A number of folks stay at Gone Creek in order to be
near George W. Joseph State Park. While popping by this vicinity in Oregon it's a great idea to go camping too. It's completely out of the question to run out of exciting things to do close to Gone Creek; to be at this place is great fun any time. This campground is so stunning. There's some interesting stuff to spot at Firwood Veneer Corporation Dam in the neighborhood of Gone Creek.
