Dufur Valley Farms is an old favorite with folks in Mount Hood Parkdale.   The good people who control this spot and a lot of enjoyable stuff to do makes the trip here worthwhile. At Dufur Valley Farms amusing stuff to do is bountiful, and it is a very good campground. The easy slopes account for 80% of the slopes at Cooper Spur; no wonder this ski area is such a great place. The red and black slopes make up 20% of the 50 acres of skiable area at Cooper Spur. 2 different ski lifts carry skiers up the hill, so they can enjoy the 10       slopes of the nearby ski area, Cooper Spur. Cooper Spur has a vertical drop of 500 feet and obtains 8 feet of good snow per season. Intermediate or beginner slopes make up 65% of the slopes at Mt. Hood Meadows, and advanced and expert   ones make up 35%. There is a total of 2,150 acres of skiable land; Mt. Hood Meadows is a great place to ski. The 12 different ski lifts at the nearby ski mountain Mt. Hood Meadows carry skiers up to the tops of the 87 slopes at Mt. Hood Meadows.
