Through     the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Dufur Valley Farms. There's a heap of outdoors recreation available nearby such as hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so probably you want to stay a bit. You simply have to adore the Central Cascade Range. Dufur Valley Farms is right by the Gnarl Ridge Trail; if you're visiting from Mount Hood Parkdale, you won't be the only one. Dufur Valley Farms is a wet location that gets a good deal of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Go for a hike on the Lamberson Butte Spur Trail, and a tour to Viento State   Park revives the soul. The perfect local attractions and so much to do will make you happy you came. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Dufur Valley Farms. Good hiking is available along the Tilly Jane Trail, and Cooper Spur is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. The personnel of this tremendous campground and the perfectly managed operations will make you feel perfect. Hood River - East Fork is a nice whitewater spot close to Dufur Valley Farms, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Dufur Valley Farms; Elk Meadows Trail is a wonderful local trail. These mountains rock, just check out all the exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Hood River - Lake Branch has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot close by, and Sand Canyon is another good location to go to nearby. The Dog River Trail offers hiking at its best; you'll find a delightful lake called Laurance Lake. It's impossible to run out of enjoyable things to do next to Dufur Valley Farms; spending time at this campground is enormously fun.
